Andrew and Kayleigh wanted to make a set of coasters for the Angells for all of their help with the upcoming wedding. Coasters could never ever adequately thank them, but hopefully they will appreciate the thought. Andrew and I sat in the garage and made them together and then wrapped them up. It was fun to do it together and I'm so very grateful for the Angell family and all the love they have shown to Andrew and Kayleigh.
Shining the light
Greg had been taking a little nap on the floor and when he got up his hair was kind of fuzzy and the light was hitting it just right...
To really show some of the gray. He's pretty cute and the gray looks good on him!
Zach's endowment
Greg, Andrew, Zach and I went to Nauvoo and went through the temple with Zach for the first time. I'm so glad we could all be there together and share that experience.
The grounds were beautiful...
My cute boys!
I'm grateful for Zach and for his decision to go through the temple and I'm grateful that Andrew, Greg, and I could be with him.
Pretzel Time
I thought everyone would enjoy a homemade treat, so I made pretzels! They were delicious and we gobbled them up! I love pretzel time!
The Cinderella Clock
Jen sent me this picture of the clock we built for the Cinderella play in New York. They are in the shows now and I am super happy with how it turned out. It's so fun to see it!
The boys are back!
I ordered some special treats because the boys are coming home! I got cronuts and kouign amanns and brought them to the airport! We grabbed the boys, ate some of the treats in the car, and headed right to the theater in Chicago!
There were amazing flowers outside of the theater too!
Seated and ready for the show!
The amazing theater!
We saw the Broadway tour of 'Into The Woods' and it was wonderful! As good as it was, it couldn't even compare to how awesome it was to have everyone home and together! Cronuts, a broadway show and my family...I may be in heaven!
A bridal shower gift
Ava and I are going to a bridal shower for Kayleigh and this is our gift. I personalized a cutting board and two utencils that we got in Duluth and also got Kayleigh a charm bracelet and her first charm so she can join in on the family tradition of collecting charms. We are so excited to have Kayleigh be a part of our family and are looking forward to all the events coming up in the next few weeks!
Funko!
Ken and Kim had a 70's bunko night and sent me a few pictures! If we weren't about to have the kids come home and have a big wedding, Greg and I may have gone out for Funko...looks like a perfect evening with the best of friends!
The Lightning Thief!
Here are some show pictures and a whole bunch of pictures with friends after the shows! It was such a fun ride and we are so grateful that we got to be a part of helping with it and got to see all the shows!
It was a fantastic ride!
